The role
Responsibilities:
This is not an exhaustive list, as your duties will vary.
  • Using a HR system to access, input, and compile data.
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
  • Dealing with various HR queries throughout the business.
  • Acting as a HR Business Partner for senior level employees’ and business support.
  • Writing and reviewing policies and procedures.
  • Advising on issues related to workplace relations and performance management.
  • Support employees through absence management.
  • Awareness of company benefits for employees.
  • Building strong relationships with employees and stakeholders from all levels within the organisation.
  • Managing relationships with external stakeholders.
  • Develop and update documentation for contract terms, new hires, promotions etc.
 
Ideal Candidate:
  • Experience writing and reviewing HR policies and procedures.
  • Ability to communicate with key stakeholders.
  • Analytical and reporting skills.
  • Strong understanding of Northern Irish Employment law.
  • Proven experience of working in a forward-thinking organisation.
  • High level of verbal and written communication skills.
  • Time management with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Can-do attitude.
  • Consciousness of employee confidentiality and importance of GDPR.
 
Experience:
  • Human Resources Degree and/or CIPD Qualified (Level 5).
  • Experience with Microsoft suite.
  • Experience using a HR system such as ‘Personio’.
  • HR Experience: 3+ years in a similar role.
  • Working in a professional services environment
