The role
Our Graduate Programme is a tailor-made 12-week training programme. It’s designed to equip you with relevant skills and certifications that are in demand in InsurTech and provide a bridge that will span the gap between completing your course and entering a career in an exciting tech-driven industry.
 
As a Technical Analyst at Alchemy, you’ll be a trusted consultant to top insurance companies. Using your newly acquired knowledge of the insurance industry, you’ll provide insurers with specialised expertise, assisting with implementing and optimising their technical solutions.


You’ll thrive with us if you are:
  • A graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Familiar with programming languages like Java or C#
  • Enjoy solving problems, learning new tools, and working with data
  • Communicate clearly, both in writing and in person
  • Likes to work independently but enjoys being part of a collaborative team
  • Passionate about problem-solving, systems and keen to shape the future of insurance tech
